Within 7 working days after receiving the shipment, the customer can submit a return and exchange request, and customer service will review and process it based on the information you submitted.

2. In the following terms and conditions, customers can also submit applications for return and exchange:
A. The actual size and color of the goods you received do not meet the instructions given.
B. Customers have doubts about product quality.
C. The customer does not want to buy this product anymore.
Note: The above three terms must be completed within seven working days after receiving the goods, the goods will not be damaged and the packaging is good.
